User Submissions — Image, Video and Audio Files

Healthy Minute and its licensors are not responsible for the consequences of any communications in Public Areas or Social Media Platforms. In cases where you feel threatened or believe someone else is in danger, contact your local law enforcement agency immediately. In consideration of having permission to use Public Areas and Social Media Platforms, you agree that the following actions will constitute a material breach of these Terms and Conditions:
Use a Public Area or Social Media Platform for any purpose that violates local, state, national or international laws;
Post material that violates the intellectual property rights of others or the privacy or publicity rights of others;
Post illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, libelous, hateful or embarrassing material to any other person or entity, as determined by Healthy Minute, in its sole discretion;
Post advertisements or business solicitations;
After receiving a warning, continue to interrupt the normal flow of dialog or post comments that are not related to the topic being discussed (unless it is clear that the discussion is free-form);
Posting of chains or pyramid schemes;
Representing another person;
Distribute viruses or other harmful computer code;
Collect, scrape or collect information about other people, including email addresses, without their identification to post or view comments;
Allowing any other person or entity to use your identification to post or view comments
Post the same note more than once or “spam”; or
Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Public Area, Social Media Platform or the Website, or that, in the judgment of Healthy Minute, exposes Healthy Minute or any of its customers or suppliers to any liability or prejudice of any kind.
Reviews published in the Directory of Physicians are still subject to the Healthy Minute Reviews Guidelines.
Healthy Minute reserves the right (but is not obligated) to do any or all of the following:
Record the dialog in public chat rooms.
Investigate an allegation that a communication(s) does not comply with the terms of this section and determine, in its sole discretion, to remove or request removal of the communication(s).
Remove communications that are abusive, illegal or disruptive, or otherwise not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
Terminate a user’s access to any or all Public Areas and/or the Healthy Minute Site in case of violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Monitor, edit or disclose any communication in Public Areas or on a Social Media Platform.
Edit or delete any communication(s) posted on the Healthy Minute website, regardless of whether such communications violate these standards.
Healthy Minute or its licensors have no responsibility to users of the Healthy Minute website or any other person or entity for the performance or otherwise of the aforementioned activities.

Healthy Minute does not claim that Healthy Minute or any site within the Healthy Minute Network and its content, are appropriate or can be downloaded outside Brazil. If you access the Healthy Minute Network from outside United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
The following provisions survive the expiration or termination of this agreement for any reason: Liability, User Submissions, User Submissions – image, video, audio files, Indemnity, Jurisdiction and Entire Agreement.
Jurisdiction
You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with Healthy Minute, or in any way related to your use of the Healthy Minute website, resides in the jurisdiction of Curitiba, State of Paraná and you expressly agree to the exercise of the jurisdiction defined above in connection with any dispute, including any claim involving Healthy Minute or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunications providers and content providers.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the internal substantive laws of Brazil, without regard to its principles of conflict of laws.
