Join Team JM

Join us in the fight against JM!

As a member of Team JM, you'll help shape the fight against this painful disease. We currently need members to help us craft our 2006-2007 fundraising campaign and suggest avenues for raising public awareness of the fight against JM. We also need people who can help facilitate local grassroots fundraising efforts, and people who are just willing to spread the word about Cure JM.

There's no cost to join Team JM. The only thing we require is a passion and desire to eliminate this disease.

There are two ways to sign up for Team JM. If you're a friend, grandparent, cousin, aunt, uncle or sibling of someone with JM, you can use the form on this page. If you are the parent of a child suffering from JM, you can save time by simply clicking "Yes" on the "Join Team JM" field when you enter your child into the Cure JM Patient Registration database. While you're there you may also wish to join the Cure JM Family Support Network .

No matter which process you choose, your information will not be shared with any other organizations or businesses.
